Stefano Giovanni Battista Staluppi
25 Jan 1915 – 15 Jan 1995
Steven was the son of Thomas (Gaetano) Staluppi (Messina, Italy) and Sadie (Rosaria) Napoli (Itlay). His parents, both Italian immigrants, met in New York and were married here. Steven was born in Brooklyn, New York, the 2nd son and one of five siblings in his family.
Steven enlisted in the United States Army on 24 Oct. 1942 – 9 July 1945 and served proudly in WWII.
He married Rita Lucy Langellotti in 1959, sister to my grandmother Catherine Civitano nee Langellotti. They had no descendants.
Steven was laid to rest at the Ferncliff Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hartsdale, Westchester County, New York.
